Dnipro State Medical University (DSMU) has the highest (4th) level of accreditation of all universities in Ukraine. In 1922, Dnipro State Medical University (DSMU) organized and published two scientific medical journals: "Jekaterynoslavsky Medical Journal" and "New Surgical Archive". When the Academy created a unified scientific society that was theoretical, surgical, therapeutic, orthopedic, traumatic and pediatric.

Scientists of the Dnepropetrovsk Medical Academy actively participate in international congresses and symposia. Over the past 5 years, the Academy defended 15 doctoral theses and 167 diploma theses. The performance of the graduates of the Dnepropetrovsk Medical Academy (DSMU) was one hundred percent. The Academy accepted 265 patients, published 6507 articles, of which 516 were published internationally. The Academy publishes 3 academic scientific journals - "Medical Perspectives", "Urology" and "Dermatovenerology, cosmetology, sexual pathology".

You need to meet some eligibility criteria to get admission to MBBS. The minimum eligibility requirement is as follows for studying MBBS abroad-
- The student must be over 17 years of age by December 31 of the year in which they are admitted.
- Student must have completed class 12 in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
- A student must have at least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must have English as a compulsory subject if he is a general category student.
