Siberian State University is located in the Tomsk region of Russia. It was founded in May 1888 by decree of Emperor Alexander II. It is part of the list of the 3 best medical universities in Russia. It is the only university to be awarded the status of a flagship university. The university has teachers who are proficient in teaching. Together with one other university, SibMeD was given the opportunity to cooperate with the Government of the Russian Federation on a project planned to increase the export of education in the country.
